UF Community Members

Members of the UF Community can login and submit events. Events will be reviewed for approval every 1–2 weeks by the Strategic Communications and Marketing team.

Communicators from individual departments and colleges may be granted access to publish their own events without waiting for approval. Request publisher access.

Non-University Events

Events unaffiliated with the University of Florida will not be shared to If you have an event that is associated with a University faculty or staff members, please follow the steps above to share it to the calendar.
