| UF Hillel is hosting The Third Annual UF Mitzvah Day, a day of charitable acts and good deeds. Volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on projects at Hillel and off-site locations in Alachua County. Projects include working with children, animals, international relief, the environment and a few others. The event is non-denominational and online registration for groups and individuals will be open soon. Registration includes a small breakfast, lunch, and a t-shirt! If you are a service-oriented organization and wish to co-sponsor or publicize your service or philanthropy objectives or if this sounds like something that your organization would be interested contact Pammie Shapiro and check out our website!.
